Biose Industrie is a drug-GMP certified CDMO for clinical and commercial products. The headquarter founded in 1951 focusing on health through the microbiota including product development, clinical and commercial manufacturing of Live Biotherapeutic Product (LBPs).
We are looking for a Program Manager W/M for our production site based in Aurillac.
In a dynamic and growing environment, integrated into the Business team composed of 13 people and under the responsibility of the Program Leader, you manage the management operational and transversal projects. You coordinate the execution and start-up of development projects, pharmaceutical productions and internal projects.
Your tasks :
Operationally drive the management of customer and internal projects under the responsibility of the Program Leader
Animate and coordinate technical, scientific and industrial activities of the projects
Animate and coordinate all transversal actions contributing to the success of the project, in close contact with the operational departments, coordinators and customers
Ensure a periodic report of the various projects with the Program Leader
Ensure traceability, compilation of data and archiving of the documentation of managed projects
Monitor and ensure compliance with costs and time limit
Monitor competitive intelligence and developments of customer needs
Your profile :
Pharmacist, PhD, Bac+5 or Bac+3 in microbiology, biotechnologies, management of projects or in data management
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment (GMP/FDA)
Appetite and knowledge of quality pharmaceutical industry are a plus
Matrix leadership capabilities and project management
Team spirit for transversal collaboration with the different departments
Interpersonal skills, pair working skills
Meeting facilitation skills
Fluency in English
